c. Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing information from me and third-party agents and your communication preferences.
d. Transaction Data includes details about payments to and from you and other details of products and services you have purchased from me.
e. Any other information, which you provide to me.
I do not collect any special categories of personal data which include sensitive personal information such as details about your race, ethnicity, religious beliefs, political affiliation, or sexual orientation).

I collect most of this information from you directly, for example when you fill in forms, correspond with me by email, phone, post, or otherwise when you:
- Subscribe to my mailing list
- Purchase services from me
- Give me some feedback.

- Automated technologies, such as cookies which collect Technical Data about your equipment and browsing activities;
- Publicly accessible sources;

3.0 Why do I collect personal data
To provide my services, you must provide me with certain personal information. You may also provide me with additional personal information related to your commission (for example, addresses of wedding guests for envelope addressing). I collect Personal Information for the following purposes:
1. To provide and operate the my services;
2. To provide you with ongoing customer assistance and support;
3. To be able to contact you with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;
4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which I may use to provide and improve our respective services;
5. To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.
4.0 How I process your personal data
I Personal Information information to deliver my services; it is used solely to fulfil your commission and is then deleted accordingly. In sharing this information with me, you consent to my use and storage of this information for the duration of our work together, and for twelve months after our work completes in case further follow up or feedback is required.
I keep work on file for photographing, portfolio and marketing purposes. I retain full copyright over the designs and reserve the right to re-use them in the future. This includes using images on social media and my website, including them in sample packs and displaying them at wedding fairs and events. I will not use anything including your home address or contact details. If you do not wish me to use your samples for future marketing, then please let me know via email.

My website uses cookies to collect information to help analyse how visitors use the site and to compile statistical reports on visitor activity.

I do not knowingly use the website to solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with information or may be receiving communications from us without consent of a parent or guardian, I ask that this be brought to my immediate attention. I will make it my priority to address this situation and delete information relating to a child as soon as practicable.

I take precautions to protect against the unlawful destruction, loss or alteration and unauthorised disclosure of or access to the personal information transmitted, stored or otherwise processed. Please be aware that, while I make the security of my website and your personal information a high priority and devote considerable time and resources to maintain robust IT security, no security system can prevent all security breaches. When you choose to share your personal information with me, you accept that you provide it at your own risk.
I use Wix to manage my website and mailing list, to provide you with information about my products and services. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for twelve months.
